FROM TIMELESS CLASSICS TO VISIONARY NOVELTIES
In the cutlery sector, WMF first demonstrated a pioneering spirit in 1896 with the development of a revolutionary process for the galvanic silver-plating of cutlery.
Another milestone was the invention of the innovative material Cromargan® in 1930, which from then on characterized a large part of WMF cutlery. The further development to Cromargan Protect®, a material with the highest scratch resistance, followed in 2008.

The first Sicomat pressure cooker triggered a revolution in cooking in 1927, which still forms the basis of modern pressure cookers today.
The next technological masterpiece followed in 1984: the innovative removable handle with encapsulated technology. And from 2007 onwards, Perfect Ultra inspires with the all-in-one rotary knob. The knob can be used to set the pre-selection of the cooking level, automatic steaming and opening and closing.

WMF has been synonymous with excellent coffee enjoyment since 1927. The first large electric coffee machines were a technical revolution for the gastronomy of the 1920s and 1930s.
Almost 100 years later, WMF is setting new standards again in 2022 with the WMF Perfection. The innovative fully automatic machine ensures perfect coffee enjoyment at home.
