It is extremely simple! You just need to create an account on wmf.bg, using a valid e-mail address. Your virtual member card will be issued automatically, and you will receive it via e-mail. Congratulations, you are now WMF VIP Silver member, and you will enjoy exclusive benefits!

How do I become a VIP Gold member?

Purchase of a minimum €511.3 (1000 leva) in a membership year and you automatically become a VIP Gold member. You now unlock additional benefits: 5% Gold discount and free shipping for one year.

The turnover is calculated based on purchases in WMF stores and the WMF online shop in Bulgaria.

What membership levels are available?

After registering, you will be automatically VIP Silver member. All your purchases done logged-in in your account, if you purchase online, or using your VIP card, if you purchase from physical WMF stores from Bulgaria will be counted.

Once you reach €511.3 (1000 leva) per membership year (starting from the day you registered), you become a VIP Gold member with additional benefits. Upon upgrading, your purchase balance is reset to 0, and you begin collecting turnover again from that date. When you reach again €511.3 (1000 leva) in a membership year, your VIP Gold status is extended for another year.

What exactly is the WMF VIP Club card and how can I get it? 

The WMF Club card is a free digital customer card with a barcode. With it, every purchase – from online and in-store – is counted in your account and you unlock VIP benefits.

The WMF Club card is available in your customer account from WMF online shop and at the end of one of your recent WMF newsletters from WMF Bulgaria.

Please note: For your purchases to be counted in your account, you must shop while logged in to the online store or present your VIP customer card at the checkout in the store and have the barcode scanned.

From where should I purchase to participate to WMF VIP Club?

You can purchase from all WMF stores in Bulgaria, as well as in the WMF online shop. Unfortunately, purchases of WMF products from other retailers, other online shops, or in other countries cannot be taken into consideration for WMF VIP Club.

How long does it take for my purchase balance to be visible in my customer account?

Your purchase balance is usually visible in the customer account the following day.

My purchase balance in the customer account is set to "0" – why?

Your purchase balance is showing the evolution of your purchases in the past 365 days. If it is showing “0”, this means you didn’t do any purchase in this period. If you were Gold member and you reach the Expiration date of Gold status and your purchase balance is showing you “0” or less than €511.3 (1000 leva), you will be downgraded to Silver member and lose your Gold benefits until you will reach again €511.3 (1000 leva) as minimum value of purchases.

Where can I view my purchase balance? 

Your current purchase balance and VIP Club membership status are on the overview page from your customer account.

Can I merge two accounts?

No, merging multiple accounts is currently not technically possible.

Which data can I change myself in my customer account?

You can change: First name, last name, date of birth (only once), address and password.

Where can I view my purchase balance? 

Your current purchase balance and VIP Club membership status are on My Account tab from your customer account.

Where can I view my orders and purchases? 

All orders placed in the WMF online shop and purchases made in WMF stores and WMF outlets are listed in the customer account under the My Orders tab.

Why didn't I receive my 10% Welcome bonus?

You will receive the Welcome bonus if you are a VIP Club member and have subscribed to the newsletter during customer account creation or after. Without your consent to receive our newsletter, we cannot send you the coupon code. Please also check your spam folder.

If you were already subscribed to our newsletter when you created your customer account and become VIP Club member, the Welcome bonus will not be awarded.

Please note: The Welcome bonus is awarded only once, when you subscribe for the first time to our newsletter during customer account creation or after. If you were subscribed to our newsletter before customer account creation, the Welcome bonus won’t be received.

How do I subscribe to the newsletter after retroactively?

1. Log in to your customer account.

2. Under the Newsletter Subscription tab, check the box and click on Save.

3. You will then receive the welcome email with the 10% Welcome bonus in your inbox.

Please note: if the check box is marked, this means you are already subscribed to our newsletter with this e-mail address.

I'm not receiving any emails despite registering – why?

1. Sometimes, the email may end up in the spam folder. Please check your spam folder and move our email to your inbox. Add our sender to your contacts – this will help ensure that emails arrive more reliably.

2. Addresses such as "info@", "news@" or "mail@" are often blocked for security reasons. Please use a different email address.

The barcode in the email is not displayed. 

Your email provider is probably blocking images. Allow images to load in the email, and the barcode will be displayed.

What is the birthday present?

Look forward to receive a product from our product range every year on your birthday.

Why didn't I receive a birthday present?

We would like to congratulate you on your birthday and are delighted to present you with this gift. To receive it, you must enter your date of birth in your customer account (this cannot be changed afterward) and make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter. Without your consent to receive our newsletter, we cannot send you the email announcing the gift. If you decide to unsubscribe from our newsletter, you will not be eligible anymore to receive your yearly birthday gift, even though you have inserted your birth date in your customer account.

How long is the birthday gift valid?

You can claim your birthday gift from one of our WMF physical store in maximum 14 days from the date you received the birthday email. You can find the exact date in the disclaimer text of the birthday email. 

You will be asked to show your VIP card and an ID document for identification before offering you the gift.

Can I choose a different product?

Unfortunately, it isn’t possible to change the birthday gift with another product.

I unfortunately entered the wrong date of birth - what now?

The date of birth can only be entered once in the customer account. Unfortunately, it cannot be changed by you afterwards and you’ll need contact customer service for assistance.
