The workmanship and quality are extremely poor. The handle on the saucepan wasn't pressed in or secured; it was just loose in the box. And this is supposed to be WMF quality? Isn't the merchandise inspected before it's shipped? Apparently not. That's why we won't be buying WMF products again. What a shame!

Great, no more burnt fingers!
The pots are very functional; the pot and lid handles don't get hot. I'm very satisfied.

Unfortunately, not for us.
I've been searching for ages for new pots with handles that don't get hot. I happily unpacked these pots and thought they looked very stylish. I tried one with water. The handles didn't get that hot, but unfortunately, the hot steam escaped so strongly from the rim of the pot that it burned my fingers. Therefore, I'm sadly returning the pots.

Cookware set
The pots are of good quality, but unfortunately one lid was damaged when we opened the box. Therefore, we had to drive another hour to the factory to exchange it.

The saleswoman was very competent, friendly, and accommodating. Exchanging the item was no problem.
bought a cookware set at the WMF store in Klagenfurt City Arkaden. The saleswoman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I received excellent advice. At home, I noticed a slight manufacturing defect and immediately informed the saleswoman by phone. The exchange at the store was handled quickly and without any problems. I'm glad I chose a high-quality brand-name product from WMF. I'm very satisfied.
