Quality that fails to impress
Unfortunately, the new models can't even come close to the quality of the old grinders. I'm disappointed. I contacted customer service about this, but haven't received a response in over two weeks. It's a shame; they're simply not open to criticism. Once you've paid, you're sold, and after that, they don't care about the customer anymore!

questionable?
The mill is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing on the outside, but internally it does not live up to its promise and is equipped with an inferior grinding mechanism; I sent it back, I am disappointed by it.

Very good spice mill
I think the WMF spice mill is the best on the market. I've had mine for years and I love giving it as a gift.

Unbeatable for the price
At €14 for two grinders, it's truly unbeatable. I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Bad goods sold under a good brand
Based on the description, I expected the familiar WMF quality. My old models had finally given up the ghost after more than twenty years, and since replacement parts are no longer available, I replaced them all. Because the product descriptions were identical, I chose the gray color. Unfortunately, the grinding wheel cannot be adjusted precisely; everything feels like a toy compared to the older models. The quality of the Swedish furniture store can easily compete here, and even surpasses comparable products. As a WMF fan, I am extremely disappointed!
