Discrimination!
just wanted to quickly redeem my voucher because it would expire in a few days and I don't currently need anything specific. I asked an employee if the items from the Profi Plus department were located in that section. In response, I received a spiteful, "Ah, you probably just want to redeem your birthday voucher. I figured that's all you wanted." At that moment, I simply left the store without a word. When I got to my car, I realized that what she was really saying was that I can't normally afford anything from WMF?! This kind of customer service is absolutely disrespectful and highly discriminatory. Not to mention that we are regular WMF customers and have already purchased items worth up to €800 at the Geislingen branch. That's all in the past now, as every single member of my family will NEVER set foot in that branch again! The product itself is, as always, very good. Recommendation: Please offer internal training on how to speak to customers and how to avoid making such remarks.

The whisks are very well made and sturdy. Even the smallest one is practical for things like mashed potatoes.
