Great shape for bread
The pan is the perfect size for a loaf of bread made with 500g of flour. After a cooling period of 10 minutes, the bread slides right out of the pan. I grease it with butter beforehand.

Perfect
I love this bread baking pan and have already given this size as a gift several times. Since I don't like greasing the pan, I cut a piece of reusable baking parchment to size and line it. This way, the bread comes out perfectly.

Bread turns out perfectly. It releases itself easily after baking. Easy to clean. Excellent enamel coating.

Kaiser La Forme Plus Art. No. 32010040063 after first use: Bread was extremely difficult to remove from the pan. Baking temperature 240°C, pan greased with margarine. The coating has chipped off in the creased area (corners, outside). I have been using a Kaiser pan (predecessor?) for many years (no enamel, non-stick coating, Kaiser logo inside) without comparable problems. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the replacement part.

I've recently started baking my own bread. This is the first pan where the sourdough doesn't leave any residue. Furthermore, the baked bread slides out of the pan very easily after baking (greased and floured).

This baking pan from Kaiser truly meets the highest standards. Excellent quality, first-class workmanship, perfect results. I bought this pan as an alternative to the hopelessly overpriced pie dish from another very well-known manufacturer, in order to prepare meat pies and meatloaf, among other things. Even in the first test (with a sourdough bread mix), the pan delivered outstanding results. I am extremely satisfied with the product, which I can wholeheartedly recommend.
