Unfortunately, it has a manufacturing defect.
bought the quiche pan three weeks ago (proof of purchase available) and have used it twice to bake a quiche. The temperature used was between 180 and 200 degrees Celsius. Unfortunately, small bubbles have already appeared on the bottom of the pan, which will almost certainly burst soon during baking or cleaning. Then the coating will leach into the baked quiche, which could lead to health problems. I suspect this is a manufacturing defect. Therefore, unfortunately, this was a bad purchase.

I've baked a pumpkin pie and a quiche so far, and I'm thrilled. Both practically released themselves from the pan, and it's fantastic that you can remove the base. Very satisfied! :)

Unfortunately, the removable base is absolutely impractical. The egg soaked through and spread all over the oven floor... That was certainly not what I intended when I bought the product...

almost complete supplement
I used baking paper beforehand to lift the baked goods from the baking sheet. This not only gives the baked goods a nice shape, but also makes them look more appealing on the table. If I'm making a larger batch, I often use the baking sheet and cut them into smaller pieces before serving.
