Very robust
This mold is very robust. The tension lever still works perfectly even after years. The seemingly durable coating is also still intact. However, scratching is strictly prohibited. The base's seal has deteriorated, though. Liquids that don't set quickly now leak slightly at the bottom edge. I'll have to put a metal plate underneath.

Great product
My La Form baking pans are slowly falling apart; the bases are still good, but the pans are starting to rust. If they last this long, I'll never need another pair. The first ones are 36 years old. The clasp has been redesigned.

I would have preferred a conical shape, but it wasn't available. La Forme Plus is superb, better than all other Kaiser series.
