I'd prefer no stars at all.
The BACH product leaked after only two uses, is unhygienic because dirt accumulates under the fixed ring, and is absolutely not recommended. It is definitely not WMF quality.

Plastic waste
can only agree with most of the reviewers. The mixer isn't really easy to clean. A mixer should be able to be disassembled. I would have expected better-thought-out ideas from WMF.

Not recommended
After four years, the plastic ring on the glass container broke. No replacement parts, no sustainability. Not recommended.

Chinese blender with a design flaw. Because the black plastic ring is permanently attached to the glass container, dirt accumulates there and cannot be removed. Unhygienic! Not recommended! Customer service is nonexistent: An email to the customer service
The plastic ring cannot be removed from the glass container. As a result, dirt residue cannot be removed, making it unhygienic and unacceptable. Customer service is nonexistent; you'll wait in vain for a proper response from this company. It's likely that production has been outsourced to China. In short: WMF is a thing of the past.

Very short-lived, not recommended
Initially, the mixer worked perfectly, but after a very short time, a rubber tooth at the bottom broke off, and shortly afterward, the mixer started smoking. Since individual parts cannot be ordered separately, I can only advise against this mixer, both in terms of price and sustainability. Not recommended!

WMF junk
A compact blender would be ideal in the kitchen if the base of the glass jar weren't such a piece of junk. It's barely been used and the plastic base has already cracked. There are no replacement parts available, even though WMF has been aware of the problem for ages. Poor quality and customer-unfriendly to boot.

The plastic base is cracked and can't be bought separately unless you buy the whole glass pitcher. What a rip-off!

Device with defects!!
I've had this appliance for five years, but it's only been used about 10-12 times, and suddenly the plastic ring on the motor block is completely peeling off. I sent it in for repair and received the curt reply: the warranty has expired, and I'm welcome to buy a new one for 50 euros. Like I said, the appliance itself is great, but what good is that to me if the plastic ring comes loose from the motor block after such a short time? I will never buy another WMF mixer with a plastic ring – I absolutely cannot recommend them!

Screw cap broke after 1 year
The screw-on lid broke after one year. There are no replacement parts available, meaning you have to buy a whole new jug! Unbelievable, never again!

Works perfectly
We've had the small mixer for about four years and are very happy with it. It's great that the appliance can be completely disassembled and cleaned. We don't use it every day, but so far we haven't had any problems with leaks or broken parts.
