Mixer plugged in. Nothing lit up, nothing moved. Defective!!! Very annoying!! Sent back immediately.

Unfortunately, it's made of plastic - I'm sending it back.
Unfortunately, the word "Tritan" sounds better than "plastic," and since I had envisioned a nice glass container for a pro version, I'm sending this rather cheap plastic blender back! Sadly, there's no glass alternative available!

Too naive
I'm disappointed. I thought that for the price, the carafe would definitely be made of glass, like the "cheaper" version. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I left it in the box and will probably send it back.

Perfect kitchen helper
Stable base, easy to use, very good results when making pesto and smoothies. The only drawback is the locking mechanism on the lid, which is cumbersome; otherwise, it would have been five stars.

Good choice
The device is easy to use, except for the locking mechanism on the lid, which takes some getting used to. It produces excellent results when making wild garlic pesto...cleaning is a breeze...I'm very satisfied.
