I will never order again.
Customer service refused to retroactively apply the non-functional voucher code. Ridiculous. 0 STARS

Highly recommended
The grill tongs fit well in the hand and are easy to use. Cleaning is also simple. They're great to use, but I can't comment on their durability yet, as I've only had them for two weeks.

Everything under control
Heat resistance was important to us. The ability to store it in a space-saving way is a plus. We are completely satisfied.

good pliers
We're very happy with the tongs; whether it's sausages or meat in the pan, everything is easy to turn and grip. However, I don't find the opening and closing mechanism to be that great, hence the one-star deduction.

Oh well
This device promises more than it delivers. While it may look aesthetically pleasing, its handling leaves much to be desired. In practice, it's not as good as expected. For example, the gripping arms can't hold heavier items on the grill. Overall, it feels flimsy. The insulation is poor. It's crucial to keep the tongs well away from the heat source, as you can easily burn your fingers otherwise.

Top product
Whether for the frying pan or the electric grill, after several uses I can only say: great tongs, very handy.

Somewhat unwieldy
It looked very good in the photos. When the pliers are open, they are also OK. However, opening and closing them is quite difficult.
