I'm very happy with the milk frother, as it produces fine-textured foam in just a few seconds, for both milk and plant-based milk. The touch controls are simple and it's easy to clean. I highly recommend this product!

Poor quality
The milk frother's only function is unfortunately almost non-functional. It takes forever, and then you end up with more of a foamy soup (liquid, slightly frothy). It's useless for a cappuccino. Now I have a device that I had to use to see if it worked, but which I can't do anything with.

Broken twice
The milk frother broke down twice. Once within the first year; it was replaced under warranty, but the repair took several months. Now, after the replacement model is almost exactly four years old, it has stopped working mid-frothing. The contacts are dry, and there's no external damage. I would have expected a longer lifespan in this price range.

Good milk frother
The machine produces a very nice, fine-textured foam; it's pleasantly quiet and ready very quickly. The milk is very warm – everything is great. The only downside is that the volume markings inside the jug are difficult to read.
