WMF ESPRESSO PORTAFILTER

Unfortunately, the coffee is undrinkable due to the plastic taste from the water tank. The machine's design is beautiful, but the coffee doesn't taste good. What a shame!

Online, under "Highlights and Description," you can see two espresso cups side-by-side during the filling process. The portafilter is positioned at 6 o'clock, with both spouts parallel to the edge of the machine. With my machine, I can't get the portafilter into the 6 o'clock position; the spouts are diagonal, making it difficult to place two cups underneath. Or do I have to force the portafilter into the 6 o'clock position? Probably not. The portafilter drips afterward, and it's annoying to constantly have to wipe it up. When you're in the programming menu or mode, you can't waste any time. Otherwise, you'll quickly get kicked out and have to start all over again. It's anything but simple. So, the online description doesn't match the machine I have at all. Barely a 3-star rating.

The descaling program is stuck. The manual offers no troubleshooting advice. I expect better from a device like this. Very disappointing. Now I have to take it to the store.

The machine is indeed rather lightweight and not very stable. Nevertheless, it looks very nice, is easy to use, and heats up quickly.

I'm satisfied with the machine; it makes good coffee and milk foam, everything is OK.
