Great machine, I highly recommend it.
Hello everyone, the WMF store in Kempten provides fantastic service. Whenever I had problems with the machine, everything was resolved professionally, and I received patient and helpful advice. Dear team at the WMF store in Kempten, keep up the great work – you're truly excellent! I'm going to buy the same machine from you again for home. I'm absolutely thrilled with both you and the machine. Best regards

Nice device, but already broken after 3 days.
Purchased online, picked up in store. So far, so good. After three days, no more milk froth, but lots of steam from the water nozzle. Now it's supposed to be sent in for repair. I'm skeptical about the outcome, especially since pickup will take a week and the repair is also supposed to take two weeks.

This is a top-quality product.
From delivery and payment processing to the first cup of coffee, I'm absolutely thrilled with the machine. The explanation I received at the WMF store in Dresden Altmarkt was excellent, and I was able to confirm this experience at home. Compared to my previous machines, it's a fantastic improvement in the coffee department. Many thanks to all the WMF employees.

So far, so good!
Very fast delivery. Plugged it in and off we went. The instructions and coffee programs are easy to set and program via the clearly legible display. Everything is explained very clearly. The first coffee wasn't quite to my taste, but after adjusting the settings, everything is perfect now. Even the milk froth. Now it just needs to prove the durability I expect. And another very positive point: easy cleaning.

defect
The item arrived damaged. Customer service is unresponsive. I waited over two months for a repair. It was supposedly new but shows signs of use.

WMF Perfection 680 fully automatic coffee machine
The WMF 680 is an absolute hit for us. Why? The coffee machine is incredibly easy to use, innovative in terms of hygiene, and the delicious specialty coffees we can prepare with it make every day a real treat and the best gift we could have given ourselves. The design also won us over when we bought it.
