The knife is very flexible.
They fit well in the hand. Spreadability is very good. The two serrated blades are well suited for slicing bread rolls.

Partly good, partly bad
They're nice knives in themselves. However, one is sharp with a deep, good grind, while the other is relatively dull with a very shallow grind. I'll have to send it back =(. That's really annoying. Hopefully, the replacement will be better and both knives will be in decent condition.
