We saw on the WMF app that there was a special summer sale on cutlery. We went to the outlet in Metzingen, and the lady there was very helpful, even though the sale was actually online. She went to the warehouse and checked if the cutlery set was in stock. It was, and we were able to take it with us right away – excellent service and support!
