It's fun all around.
The cookware set looks fantastic and has a pleasant weight. Heat conduction on an induction cooktop is excellent. The handles don't get hot, and the steam vents in the lids are well-designed. Pouring is effortless and drip-free thanks to the special rim design. Furthermore, the pots are quick and easy to clean. In my opinion, this product is superb – it makes cooking a real pleasure.

Terrible after-sales service
The delivery of a cookware set included two damaged lids. Returning the lids after a phone call was fine. After a while, one lid arrived without any further instructions on how to proceed with the second. I called again, and they said they were working on it. Then I received an email with a replacement delivery date of approximately five months for a standard 24cm lid. My request to send something of the correct size as soon as possible, or to open the set, was brushed aside. I was told I could return the entire set and hope for a refund. If I had already bought the last remaining stock item, I would have expected to be offered a complete set and have the defective lids replaced. Customer service is clearly lacking for German manufacturers.

I bought the 5-piece cookware set on sale for €199 with a 20% discount and am generally satisfied with the quality. However, the lids don't fit the pots perfectly – they seem slightly misaligned, so some steam escapes from the sides.
I bought the 5-piece cookware set on sale for €199 with a 20% discount and am generally satisfied with the quality. However, the lids don't fit the pots perfectly – they seem slightly misaligned, so some steam escapes from the sides, even though there's a steam vent. Also, the side handles and the lid handle get noticeably warm after about 10 minutes of cooking. Therefore, I can't confirm the advertised feature that the handles stay cool.

Great cookware set
We initially wanted to buy other pots on sale. However, we decided on this set because it reduces heat transfer to the handles and lid knob. The three holes in the glass lid are also very practical, preventing things from boiling over so easily. These three holes were a deciding factor in our purchase. The smallest lid also fits the saucepan. We are completely satisfied.
