Unfortunately, quality is also declining at WMF.
Compared to the Merit cutlery we received years ago for our wedding, which we still use today, the pieces we've bought separately are lighter and thinner. Clearly, they've cut corners on materials, which affects the feel and perceived quality. New customers might not notice, but the loyal, long-standing, and trusting customers are becoming increasingly aware of the difference, and this is why they're switching to other brands. It's truly a shame that things aren't improving, but rather declining, even at so-called traditional companies that advertise their quality.

Beautifully lightweight
After some of our coffee spoons went missing, we needed to buy replacements. The new spoons are "lighter" and seem slightly smaller than the ones we bought three years ago. It doesn't affect their use, but it is a bit odd. Therefore, only four stars!

Unfortunately, we've lost five coffee spoons over the years. Registration and ordering in the online shop were easy, shipping by WMF was super fast, and the quality is just as excellent as it was 17 years ago!
