Top!
Overall, a great device, and the signal tone is pleasant. If the transparent lid were made of glass and the insert of stainless steel, the parts could be washed in the dishwasher. This would also improve the overall quality. The hourly rate would then be higher, but I would gladly accept that.

Not good
I like my eggs very soft. The first two times it worked somehow, but now they're only hard-boiled :( I might as well just boil them in a pot without even looking at the time. And it takes ages too, over 10 minutes...

The first two eggs were hard-boiled instead of soft-boiled. The next ones were almost raw after 10 minutes. The amount of water is difficult to measure. Two stars for the fact that the stainless steel plate is very easy to clean.

My everyday experience with the single-egg cooker: Measuring the water level requires a lot of attention. A few drops more or less and the egg is either too hard or too soft. Even with the same amount of water, the results vary: the automatic shut-off seems to have a wide range of settings. The entire cooking process also takes a surprisingly long time. Another inconvenience is the very stiff and bulky power cord, which tends to get tangled and sometimes even knocks off the loosely fitting lid. So, all in all, my enthusiasm for your product is very limited.
