Stylish device with minor flaws
The size and design are excellent. The coffee, and all the coffee specialties, taste really good. Preparing the coffee specialties is very easy and self-explanatory. Up to this point, I could give it 5 stars, but now for the minor flaws and the deductions in the rating. The machine is relatively loud, louder than my old DeLonghi. The crema isn't as firm and stable as it should be and as I'm used to. The cleaning functions aren't very user-friendly or easy to operate. So I have to deduct at least one star.

In short: fantastic device
Great machine! The only minor thing missing is the ability to adjust parameters like coffee or water/milk quantity while it's already brewing. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The machine offers many different coffee variations, is easy to use, and you can even save personalized preferences such as cappuccino. We decided on this machine after receiving friendly and excellent advice at the Neustadt/Weinstraße branch. It does take a little time to familiarize yourself with it.
