Delivery times were excellent. However, since we're only giving the item as a Christmas present, we can't comment on the quality yet. Visually, though, the quality seems great!

Mangelnde Qualität und schlechter Kundenservice, on date
I have been very satisfied in the past.
We've been using the silver polish pads for a long time and are happy to recommend them. Unfortunately, the quality of the last package was extremely poor: so many silver particles came loose from all three pads that they were unusable. Sadly, WMF customer service didn't respond to our message. Very disappointing...

The polishing pad is perfect - it cleans everything thoroughly and, above all, gently!

The best cleaning sponges
These are definitely the best cleaning sponges available. We've tried several imitations, but none of them compare to the original. They last a long time, clean thoroughly, and are gentle on the surfaces of dishes.
