Everything's great, but...
A very good, not too heavy pan. Responds very well to temperature changes, reaching temperature in about 20 seconds. Well-made, except for the handle, where there's a sharp burr from the stamping process in the hanging hole. WMF, you can do better... hence only 4 stars.

Absolutely recommended!
This pan is fantastic. We love our food nicely seared. For pasta or vegetable stir-fries, we like it slightly browned and crispy. It's perfect for that. Just a heads-up: it heats up quickly. When cooking eggs, really only set the stove to half heat at most. ;-)

You can fry anything in this pan without worrying about the temperature. Nothing sticks and it's easy to clean. It's a bit heavy, but that's okay.
