Great pan
The pan works great, nothing sticks, and the food browns beautifully. Please make sure the pan is not overheated (max. 70% of the maximum heat of the hob being used) and do not use extra virgin olive oil in this pan. Two thumbs up!!!

Great pan, it fits well in the hand and is easy to clean. I've used it so far for preparing eggs and flour-based dishes. It's perfect for that.

She can take a beating!
I've been using the pan for three months now, and today I managed to really burn something in it – it was just baked-on ash! =( I managed to get it all clean and shiny again almost effortlessly with a gentle sponge... I really hadn't expected that! It was definitely worth buying!
