Profi Resist fry pan 28cm full coated

After a short time using this pan, I can already say it's another great product from WMF, of absolutely top quality. Actually, I didn't expect anything less, but it's worth mentioning.

Although heavy, this pan is a joy to use. Searing is child's play, even at moderate temperatures.

Ms. Keller provided excellent and friendly service at the Mönckebergstraße location. The price-performance ratio is very good. We also bought three more pans for our children.

bought this pan after a long search and extensive research for a fluorine-free pan. Afterwards, I visited the consumer protection agency's website and discovered that WMF deliberately uses wording to suggest to consumers that they are buying a fluorine-free pan. You have lost me as a customer permanently.

I'm just as thrilled with this pan as I am with the 24 cm one. My roast beef cooks turn out perfectly, and everything else, like grilled vegetables, Kaiserschmarrn, etc., also turns out flawlessly in this pan. Cleaning is a breeze, too. Very easy to care for! However, I've gotten into the habit of washing all my pans by hand – it's so quick and easy. Another WMF product that I use with great enthusiasm.

bought this "Profi Resist frying pan, 28 cm" because my ceramic-coated pans gave up the ghost when I was making egg pancakes. I don't know why. They had actually been absolutely reliable. This new pan is absolutely fantastic. It was recommended to me by the salesperson at the WMF store and has proven itself every time so far. It's worth mentioning that there are two different WMF pans with the same name: "Profi Resist frying pan, 28 cm". One has a coated inner rim, and the other has an uncoated stainless steel inner rim. I have the coated version, and whether I've made egg pancakes, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, or meat, nothing has stuck. Everything releases effortlessly and just floats on the coating (oiled, induction hob, setting 6 out of 9). That's how it should be. I bought two pans right away and can highly recommend them.

I am very impressed and must say it is worth the money.
