The pan is really sturdy and high-quality, however it's much too heavy for me. If there's something in it, I can manage it...

It looks sturdy, but I haven't used it yet. Unfortunately, there are no instructions on how to clean the pan before first use to prevent it from breaking. (Do I need to boil it first?)

Unsuitable for flour, egg and potato dishes
Unfortunately, I can't confirm the positive reviews. I've been using this pan for a year now and am somewhat disappointed that my mostly vegetarian dishes with potatoes and flour stick to the bottom, and I only cook over medium heat. Vegetables and the occasional piece of meat I fry turn out perfectly. The pan now also has scratches in the honeycomb pattern, even though I only use wooden utensils. I wouldn't buy this pan again. For me, it's not good value for money.

I think the pan is way too expensive. I let myself be talked into it in the store. In hindsight, I wouldn't buy it. It's nothing special.
