Very nice, because it's "practically" a one-piece, immediately usable device.

Practically good as long as it's firmly attached to the top.
I had it for about 5 years. I didn't use it often, and now it's broken. It was losing small black pieces until I realized where they were coming from. It simply stopped working; the motor still worked, but the lower part wouldn't stay attached to the upper part. I wanted to buy the lower part as a spare, but it's not available. I bought and gave away several items from this series. I might as well buy a cheap one; if it lasts 5 years, it'll be cheaper than WMF. They really need to come up with a better solution. What a shame.

Unfortunately, it didn't last long...
Although we rarely used the immersion blender, after only a few months of use, small pieces of black plastic broke off from the connection between the blender and the attachment. The motor still turns, but the attachment doesn't, presumably because the connecting parts have broken. The quality is very disappointing and it's anything but durable! We will now be looking for a product from a different manufacturer.
