Hello, I specifically bought a "more expensive" brand-name product! The first impression was positive; it's very heavy and sturdy – exactly what you'd expect from WMF. I made the dough with great anticipation. The machine couldn't even handle 250g of dough. We had even rolled the dough out with a rolling pin! Unfortunately, the gears didn't survive this!

The device arrived as described, quickly and well packaged. Easy installation and ready to use immediately. Operation is incredibly simple! I'm very happy with my purchase!

The professional pasta machine was put to immediate use and will continue to bring us much joy in cooking...

I don't know what you're complaining about, the device is perfectly fine, you just have to know how to use it.

The noodles are really easy to make. You just always need to use a little flour.

Hello, I've been a huge fan of WMF products so far. But please, under no circumstances, buy this machine. After two months of use (four times), three defects have appeared, one of which was present from the very beginning: - The attachment for making fettuccine is bent at the holder and therefore unusable. - The crank is stuck. - One of the rubber feet was missing from the start (which I didn't consider a valid reason to complain). But now for the much worse issue: the nonexistent customer service. Absolutely unacceptable! Several inquiries and descriptions of the defects have been ignored for weeks without a response. Hence my review (one month after my first contact with the service center) and appeal to all potential buyers: PLEASE DO NOT BUY! YOU WILL BE LEFT IN THE OUT OF RESPONSE!!! PS: I would like to point out that I have never felt compelled to write such a review for any online purchase before. However, the service and product are so abysmal that I unfortunately have no other choice!
