Hello, we received this thermometer as a Christmas present last year. We immediately used it to cook a Christmas roast, and everything worked perfectly; we were very satisfied. Now we wanted to use it a second time, but it's completely malfunctioning. As soon as the probe is connected to the device, it randomly switches all the programs and changes the temperature display... Unfortunately, it's no longer usable. In terms of operation, it's actually a fantastic device, but I can only give it one star because the quality is unsatisfactory.
