More show than substance
nice and sturdy press. It's relatively easy to clean. The biggest drawback, and the reason for my dissatisfaction, is that when pressing, slices of garlic get pushed through the gaps between the press and the sieve on both sides. This results in an uneven pressing, and you have to sort through the garlic pieces before using it. I can only recommend it with reservations.

I am thrilled!
I used the garlic press for the first time today and I think it's great. I put in a garlic clove with the peel on and pressed it without any problems. To clean it, simply unfold all the parts completely and put it in the dishwasher. Given its sturdy construction, I expect it to last forever.
