Very good!
The product is easy to handle. It works very well on both soft and hard foods. Cleaning is slightly more difficult than with a regular peeler.

Not worth the price
bought this julienne slicer full of hope and excitement. I was completely disappointed after the very first use. The fibers aren't cut into individual pieces. Many small bits remain stuck between the blades and are difficult or impossible to remove. I expected more from WMF.

Functions
Previously, I used an inexpensive julienne slicer where I had to manually separate the produce into its individual fibers. With this product, that happens automatically. Individual blades at the end of the knife take care of that. Brilliant.
