I've wanted a food processor for ages and now I'm a little annoyed that I waited so long... I only use it for herbs, onions, and soft vegetables like cucumbers and zucchini. The size of the pieces is easily controlled by how many times you pull the handle. Be careful with the blades. They're very sharp!!

After my Tupperware chopper broke, I bought this one from WMF: very easy to use, everything is chopped very well, even large pieces of carrots.

I bought this food processor because my eyes really burn when I cut onions... Basically, you absolutely have to cut the onion into 6-8 pieces beforehand, otherwise the processor won't work. Once you do that, though, it's quick and everything is chopped up instantly. You have to be extremely careful with the two very sharp blades when cleaning it – not for kids, teenagers, or seniors... you have to be fully focused. Emptying the food processor also has its quirks: it's best to use a spatula, otherwise you'll waste too much.

don't know where the good reviews come from, but this food processor is absolutely not worth the money. Any vegetable chopper for just a few euros does a better job. Because of the blade design, everything gets stuck (e.g., carrot pieces, nut pieces, etc.) and jams the device. You have to open it up, remove the stuck piece, and then maybe it will work again. Very annoying! Furthermore, the pieces are all completely different sizes – from very fine to coarse, everything is included. I thought I was treating myself and am now incredibly frustrated – also with customer service, which simply referred me to my expired return period after I received no response to my complaint for weeks. I used the device three times, and each time it was frustrating. But yes, the two weeks were up – it was almost four by then... so of course, that's no good. I absolutely advise against this device – I should have just bought a cheap one from the market.

It does what it's supposed to do, excellent quality! My new best kitchen helper.

I've only used it once, but the many vegetables and onions for an Indian curry were chopped up in no time. I highly recommend this appliance.
