Very practical
Using a regular fork to pierce boiled potatoes often results in them being squashed. The three very thin tines are perfect and hold the hot potatoes securely while peeling.

Virtually in every respect
The potato fork is handy and easy to use. The protective caps on the tips are adequate, but a little fiddly to attach. The fork is also dishwasher safe, so it's quick and easy to clean.
