After about a year, the mill mechanism broke. I returned it to the store, and they explained that the mill mechanism has a 10-year warranty. Since then, I haven't had any problems with it. It seems to me that some of the mechanisms are faulty. Nevertheless, I recommend the product!

Unfortunately, I absolutely cannot recommend it.
Visually, it's a very nice product, but unfortunately, ours broke down about a year after the warranty expired. It hadn't been used much before that. Customer service was extremely unhelpful, simply saying, "Too bad, then you'll have to throw the grinder away." After two years, they said there was nothing they could do. In my opinion, at this high price, one would expect good quality and decent customer service. Therefore, I can only advise against buying it. We also have a grinder from Ikea, which is about ten years old, cost significantly less, and still works perfectly. A real shame and very disappointing, WMF.

Great design and great grinder
It looks stylish, not everyone has one, and grinds superbly. We'll have to wait for long-term results.
