Junk for a lot of money
I don't know what you can open with this can opener, certainly not cans! This thing should be discontinued. Mine's going straight in the bin! One star is still too much!!!! Thanks WMF

The shaft of my cutting wheel also seized up. A free replacement was refused because I didn't have a receipt. I assumed that keeping the receipt wasn't necessary (WMF quality). That was clearly a mistake. Now I'm throwing away expensive junk.

Can Opener Professional Plus
Absolutely unusable. This is the second one in a short period of time. The cutting wheel doesn't sit properly on the shaft and then seizes up. Turning it becomes impossible; WMF absolutely needs to address this issue.

The can opener stopped working after the second or third use. The replacement can opener from WMF had the same problem. It seems to be a design flaw. Best to avoid it. WMF unfairly refused to even issue a refund.

Unfortunately, we bought an expensive can opener from WMF. It doesn't even make a hole in the can, and I can't open anything with it.
Does WMF offer a replacement for the defective part? I find it extremely annoying to offer a customer something like this. It only received one star because of its appearance. I request a response.

Without a receipt, there's no chance of a replacement, even though the can opener is already ruined after the third can. The plastic can't withstand any stress.

Tin opener?
We bought a WMF can opener for €29.95, but after only a few uses, the cutting wheel no longer stays in place because the holder is too flimsy. I can only advise you to steer clear of this good-looking opener.

The last piece of crap
This can opener is simply unusable. Unfortunately, we no longer have the receipt, but regardless, we will be returning it. Stay away!!
