After carbonating, you pull the bottle forward; the device hisses pleasantly. You then give the bottle a slight twist, and you can remove it. I personally prefer the medium setting. The very fizzy setting is too fizzy for my taste. ;) The gas cylinder is quite easy to insert/replace. You press a small button on the bottom, turn the upper part of the device to the side, and lift that part upwards. The gas cylinder can now be easily screwed in. Standard cylindrical cylinders fit perfectly. Simply place the top part back onto the unit and turn it slightly to the side. That's it! We're so glad we don't have to lug around crates of water anymore! We wouldn't give it up for anything.

What I don't like so much is that it only comes with a PET bottle (glass would have been nicer) and that every fingerprint shows on the stainless steel. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

What I particularly like is how incredibly easy it is to use, even if you've never used a sparkling water maker before. The CO₂ cylinders are easy to insert, and the bottle is also quick to attach. After one or two tries, you immediately get a feel for which of the three settings to choose to achieve your desired level of carbonation. I personally like medium-sparkling water, and this is easily adjusted with the dial. For someone without experience, it's important to know that this device is much easier to use than others: You set the desired level of carbonation and press the button firmly once. And there you have the perfect amount of fizz. Another plus for me is how easy it is to clean. The surfaces are quick to wipe clean, and there are no awkward corners. Furthermore, using it saves on many disposable bottles, which I really appreciate in everyday life. Overall, I feel like I'm using a reliable and durable device that is impressive both visually and functionally. While the Cromargan surface is very prone to fingerprints, they can be easily removed with a damp microfiber cloth.

We're very happy with it so far. The choice of carbonation level (Light, Medium, Classic) is a definite advantage over other devices. The Element One then carbonates automatically at the desired intensity. We've already noticed that we use less gas because of this, as we usually drink medium, which is perfectly sufficient for us. Even when the gas is running low, the maker dispenses it very effectively. It automatically carbonates for a slightly longer time due to the lower pressure. Another major advantage is the hygiene. Because only the carbonating wand gets wet and there's no container underneath, it can simply be wiped clean. This one doesn't drip either. If it does happen to drip, you just wipe the base briefly and it's done. The soda maker feels very high-quality, so I have no qualms about wiping it frequently. I don't think it will scratch easily. One drawback of the stainless steel silver finish is, of course, that fingerprints and water droplets show up very quickly. You have to be aware of that if you choose this stylish color. Since ours isn't directly under a light, however, this isn't a problem. Finally, I'd like to mention that we were initially a bit skeptical about the plastic bottles, partly because they can't be cleaned in the dishwasher. After two weeks, I can say that our skepticism was unfounded. The design is well thought out. Even very cold water isn't a problem, as it can evaporate through the openings. Despite having three children, we haven't had to wash the bottles yet, and they seem very high-quality. Another advantage is that you can replace just the casing for half the price if it's worn out or past its expiration date. This is sustainable and saves money. In summary, a clear recommendation to buy.
