Comfortable
The touchscreen at the bottom has three buttons: Minutes, Seconds, and Start/Stop. Press and hold the Minutes button to automatically increment the minute setting in one-second increments. The same applies when pressing the Seconds button. You can also increase the time by pressing the Minutes or Seconds button once or multiple times. Then press START. When the time has elapsed, you will hear an alarm. The last selected time is saved. You can press START again. There is an ON/OFF switch on the back. Switching it OFF clears all settings. Switching it ON resets the timer to 00:00. This timer is ideal for measuring time while cooking, showering, or as a gift.

Not recommended
The backlight goes out after a few seconds, making it impossible to read the time. Regardless of whether your fingers are dirty from chopping, baking, or cooking, you have to tap the display again. This is inconvenient, and I'll be looking for an alternative.

Short-term timer without a readable remaining time display
Unfortunately, the remaining time on this alarm clock cannot be read because the display switches itself off after starting... this isn't very helpful when cooking... too bad, I'll have to get a different alarm clock.

I expected more, more beautiful than good.
*) As already mentioned, my clock also starts running on its own, counting down the pre-set time. *) If you're not quick enough, the backlight switches off, and you can't read the remaining time. *) The latest problem: the display can't be stopped; you have to switch it off on the back, then it works again, until the next time. *) Overall, the kitchen clock is more attractive than truly excellent. Therefore, only GOOD. If I knew where I bought it, I would return it and exchange it.
