haven't had the baking peel in my product range for very long, so unfortunately I can't say much about it yet. However, there were no issues during the initial uses and cleaning.

Handle detaches from shovel
Unfortunately, it happened to me too: the handle came loose from the shovel at the soldered joint after a few months.

Unfortunately, the handle is only attached to the turner with three small solder points, so after about three months, the handle detached from the turner. In my opinion, this is a design flaw in this "shovel".
