Good peeler
Very good peeler, it's just a little difficult to use when peeling.

Only grooves
The blade has grooves on both sides; I'm only familiar with paring knives that have grooves on one side and a smooth side on the other. In other words, it's unsuitable for peeling potatoes.

Peels perfectly and fits well in the hand.
We use this vegetable peeler regularly and are very happy with it. It has a slightly textured surface, so it sits comfortably and securely in the hand. It's also very lightweight. The peeling results speak for themselves: you can peel your potatoes, carrots, asparagus, etc., in no time! A quick rinse or a shove in the dishwasher and the peeler is ready for its next use.

Good for home use
The peeler is fine for everyday use. I used it in a professional kitchen, and that's where its weaknesses became apparent. The plastic handle isn't very sturdy when there's a lot to peel, and after peeling several bags of potatoes and carrots, the material gives way and becomes brittle.

WMF has been a mark of quality for me for years.
I have been using your potato or vegetable Elke products for years, not to say decades, and I am very satisfied with them.
