This knife has become an indispensable tool for me in the kitchen. It's exceptionally well-made with a superb feel. It has a quality wooden handle that fits perfectly in the hand and provides a secure grip. The blade is incredibly sharp and hasn't dulled at all after several weeks of intensive use.
