Highly recommended, safe, and very sharp.
I bought the Grand Gourmet paring knife, 7 cm, for peeling apples, etc. It fits very well in the hand, is very sharp, and I'm very happy to have it. My previous knives, which are similar in shape, aren't as sharp. It's Christmas, and this knife is highly recommended.

The knife fits perfectly even in a small hand, is really handy, and as always, beautifully sharp. Visually appealing. I'm always happy to buy WMF: from cutlery to glasses, pans, knives, etc.... The best in the kitchen. I love it!!!!
