Still unbeatable after 6 years!
I've had this knife for six years now, and it has never let me down. For the first four and a half years, it never failed me in terms of sharpness, and it continued to do so even after that, though I still sharpened it regularly. Now, four months into my culinary apprenticeship, I can once again say that I'm extremely impressed with its quality. I wouldn't want to be without this knife. I'm even buying one for my brother now. It comes with my highest recommendation for any hobbyist, beginner, or professional chef.

It doesn't need to be longer, it doesn't need to be thicker, and the blade always stays put and cuts through any fruit and vegetable - and of course through other vegetables, meat and fish ;-)
