The connecting piece between the plane part and the handle broke after only a short time. The piece is made of thin, cheap sheet metal! Do not buy!

Profi Line: Broken after only 2 months of careful use!!! High-quality handle, but the connecting piece between the handle and the plane is made of thin, cheap sheet metal.

So far it's a really good cheese slicer, unfortunately the last one broke in two after the warranty expired.

Cutting surface too narrow. The serrated edge doesn't produce a clean cut. The connecting stem between the handle and the cutting surface looks and feels cheap/tinny. Very disappointing for "Profiline"
