For me, this is the most suitable and therefore most frequently used kitchen knife. The knife is well-suited for people with small hands; it is sharp and does not cause fatigue even during extended cutting tasks.

Great chef's knife
It fits perfectly in the hand and isn't as large and unwieldy as larger chef's knives, which is especially helpful since I'm rather short myself. It's incredibly sharp and has handled everything I've put in front of it so far (melon, cabbage, etc.).
