from top to flop
I've had this thing for a little over a year: the first few uses were no problem, the results were great. Later, the plastic parts started to fall apart, sending the grinding wheels flying across the kitchen floor. Now it's so worn that the grinding wheels are too far apart, and the blade scrapes against the shaft with every pass, dulling it even more. It's only good for the trash now.

Oh well
Unfortunately, this project is only of limited use. Knives are only partially sharpened, and small vegetable knives only get a rough finish because the blade isn't sharpened along its entire length. In my opinion, it's not recommended.

Durable????
The supposedly durable knife sharpener is already worn out after less than a year. The pink ceramic stone has completely disappeared on the right side and is now barely visible on the left. User error is out of the question, as I've been a chef for 40 years. I do not recommend it. Unfortunately, I can't add a photo as a preview. So, WMF = We make mistakes.
