Handle broken off, risk of injury
So, I bought the WMF KÜCHENminis Aroma coffee maker for the first time a year and a half ago. After the first one stopped heating the water after only six months, I got a new one at Kaufhof Alexanderplatz. Now the handle has broken off; the carafe was only half full. Someone could have been injured. Now I'm discovering that this seems to be a common problem, but unfortunately, I can't find a replacement carafe.

spent over €60 on the WMF coffee machine at a specialist retailer. Is it really made in Germany? The pot didn't even last half a year of use... while cleaning it (just with water), the glass flew out of its holder, and I was left holding only the handle :( The glass also broke a tooth when it flew off, near the lid. (The glass is broken.) The base of the machine itself also came loose so quickly. Dear WMF people, quality has its price... but that saying doesn't quite apply to you. The price is too high. Quality: ???? Greetings from the Land of the Rising Sun ;)

The pitcher was more than disappointing.
Hello, the device itself is good and does its intended job. However, I would have expected better quality from a company like WMF. The handle came loose from the carafe after only a very short time.

I own three WMF coffee machines. Unfortunately, this one makes the worst coffee; it has no aroma. I'm very disappointed. I can only advise everyone against buying this machine.

Addendum to my review from June 1, 2019: Message from WMF: "The order for the replacement glass carafe has been received. Due to delivery difficulties, the glass carafe will not be available again until September 22, 2019." It is now October, and the glass carafe still hasn't arrived.

WMF Mini Coffee Machine 5 Cups
We bought this coffee machine from Galeria Kaufhof in December 2017. After the handle on our glass carafe also came loose, we received a replacement from them. When this problem reappeared a few days ago, we returned the machine and received a full refund. According to the salesperson, this issue has occurred frequently. Although WMF has been notified, they have not yet responded. Due to the risk of scalding, we strongly advise against purchasing this product; it should be withdrawn from the market immediately.

The handle fell off after 6 months during handwashing (review from June 1, 2019). No response from WMF!! Terrible customer service!! One less WMF customer :-(
