The product is very good, but the durability is terrible.
I was very impressed with the tea maker. But then, after a year, came the disappointment. The appliance no longer works and won't turn off.

The programming is somewhat complicated, but it's excellent in use.

Great product
I'm actually very satisfied. The only thing is, the opening of the kettle could be larger so that the water reservoir can be cleaned properly. I mainly use it for making tea, and it gets dirty faster that way than when I'm just heating water.

It's okay so far, but the kettle is a bit loud and the water boils and bubbles for a very long time before it beeps. Unnecessary electricity consumption. A shame.
