Great container, poor quality
A very nice container. Unfortunately, the quality is extremely poor. The glass base is significantly thinner than the rest of the container, so the metal rod pierces the bottom even with careful use. Our container broke after only three days. Judging by the reviews here and on the major online retailer, this seems to be a known problem. Dear WMF team, please urgently improve the quality or offer alternative products, for example, in stainless steel.

Unfortunately, I discovered that the base of the glass milk container isn't sturdy enough. When connecting the hose to the rod inside the container, it's easy to accidentally puncture the bottom. I would prefer a more robust base.

Broken on first use
The base is unfortunately so thin that it cracked when I first inserted the stainless steel straw. The base is extremely thin and should be thicker. I reported this to customer service two days ago but haven't received a response yet.

Beautiful design, but poor quality
The milk container fits the coffee machine. WMF's design is a nice touch, allowing you to detach the hose and store the container in the refrigerator. The indentations on both sides make it easy to grip the container for placing it back in the fridge. However, we are extremely disappointed by the far too thin base, as it breaks immediately if you insert the metal straw for tasting the milk too far. The first container only lasted a week. WMF should either switch to a stainless steel container or simply make the glass base thicker.

Quality is different!
The milk container looks very nice, but it's the biggest piece of junk I've ever seen. The glass is so thin at the bottom that it looks like it's designed to break. At a price of around €40, it's a complete rip-off. WMF doesn't offer any alternative to this fragile glass container. I've owned fully automatic coffee machines from other manufacturers, and none of them had such a poor-quality milk container. This is now the third milk container I've had where the glass bottom cracks right in the middle. I'm surprised that WMF doesn't offer a metal container. This was my first and last WMF machine.
