BLD KULT PRO POWER TABLE BLENDER

I'm extremely disappointed with this blender. It's a complete design flaw. How can they release something like this? The quality is abysmal. The lid is difficult to open and close. The blender smells musty. The blender's performance is abysmal. The blade assembly is incredibly difficult to remove. A DISASTER. NEVER AGAIN WMF

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the quality of my WMF stand mixer. After relatively normal use, the rubber seal on the lid has become severely deformed, swollen, and partially damaged. This is not only an aesthetic problem, but also a functional and hygienic concern: the seal no longer fits properly, and there is a worry that material particles could break off or that residue and bacteria could accumulate. For a brand-name product in this price range, I would have expected significantly better material quality and durability. I hope that WMF will improve this – both in terms of product quality and customer service.

Excellent advice and service once again at the branch in the ECE Center at Braunschweig Castle. The price-performance ratio is outstanding, and the first uses of the mixer have exceeded all expectations. Further WMF purchases at the castle will follow.

The immersion blender is very sturdy, and the glass container is a plus. It works particularly quickly, is easy to use, and easy to clean.

This appliance is an excellent product. My wife, a housekeeper with 43 years of professional experience, used it and is absolutely thrilled with it. She has used many blenders from other manufacturers for work, and this one has truly impressed her. The fact that the lid requires a bit of force to put on is for user safety. After all, the appliance has 1400 watts and 25,000 RPM. If you add hard ingredients like ice or nuts and the lid comes off, you could injure your head. WMF and the employers' liability insurance association, which ensures the safety of household appliances, want to avoid this. Anyone who values quality and safety should buy this appliance.

Until I bought it, I had a very high opinion of WMF products and believed that for the high price I was getting an exceptionally good, functional product. The WMF flagship store in Düsseldorf only presented positive sales arguments. However, the first and last time I used the appliance at home, it was simply a disaster. The blades, in terms of shape and arrangement, gave way when faced with a bunch of parsley – instead of pesto, I only got leaves and a slimy mess. The food didn't mix properly in the blender. On top of that, the appliance reeked of electromagnetic radiation. I managed to make pesto just as easily with my small Aldi blender – after the supposedly amazing appliance had failed. Then came the biggest surprise when I returned it to the store: Although they advertise a 30-day return policy online, instead of any helpfulness or a refund, I received a "repair slip" and a discussion with the store manager about "probably not adding enough liquid"... and that the appliance would have to be sent in for repair. Even my repeated attempts to resolve the issue were met with a flat-out response. In conclusion: Reading the other reviews listed here, it seems the store staff conceals known shortcomings and reacts neither fairly nor helpfully when problems arise. Both the store and the product are superfluous, and the service and customer support in case of problems are outdated.

The blender is very easy to use. I am very satisfied with the blending results.

was more than satisfied with its performance – it was the best device ever. Unfortunately, it stopped working after only a few uses; it simply died. I've now decided to go with a different company.

The lid is far too heavy to put on and take off!

It's surprising that a new device can outperform the old one... quieter and the smoothie is creamier.
