Review for WMF online order
am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this online shop, as there is absolutely no way to change order details after placing the order – not even within the first 5-10 minutes. In my case, the delivery address was incorrect, and I tried to correct it immediately after placing the order. However, this was impossible. There is no option to change the name, address, or any basic information, either within the system or through customer service. Furthermore, customer service is disappointing, as the people you reach have no authority to make changes. This makes the entire process completely inflexible and not customer-oriented. Consequently, there is a high probability that the shipment will be returned due to the incorrect address, leading to unnecessary delays, reordering, and avoidable hassle. For a modern online shop, it should be standard practice to allow order details to be corrected at least until the order is processed or shipped. This rigid structure is not user-friendly and leads to completely unnecessary problems.

A fine piece
A well-made roasting pan that I enjoy using. Functionally well-designed, especially the lid and handles, so it fits well in the oven.

roaster
I am very disappointed that the roasting tin was not delivered to me because, several days after my order, there were not enough roasting tins in stock.
