Superb roasting pan with great extras
The roasting pan has the ideal shape for roasting meats like rabbit or duck. The skin on a duck, in particular, becomes beautifully crispy thanks to this design (as the skin isn't submerged in the sauce). It's also fantastic that you can use it for searing on the stovetop beforehand. The roasting pan looks so elegant that the lid can also be used as a serving dish.

We are very satisfied; it fulfills everything one would expect from a roasting pan. We bought it with an insert and thermometer on sale, so the price was okay.

Monday product?
Unfortunately, the base is uneven, which means the roasting pan doesn't sit completely flat and heats up unevenly. I hope it's just a defective unit and I'll order a new one. If the second one is also faulty, that's it for WMF, as other products I've ordered have also had defects.

Perfect braising and roasting pot
A truly fantastic pot, it meets my expectations for perfect braising 100%. The lid can be used as a serving pan and looks lovely on the guest table. I'm delighted with this purchase!
